Privacy

The short version: no accounts, no cookies, no tracking pixels, and your calculator inputs never leave your browser.

Calculator inputs

Every calculation runs locally in your browser. Day rates, pension figures and the rest are never transmitted to us or anyone else. If you use the "copy shareable link" feature, your inputs are encoded into the URL you copy — share it only with people you're happy to see those numbers.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data: page views and click events are aggregated with your IP address and user agent never persisted. Because it is cookieless, no consent banner is required — there is nothing to consent to.

Affiliate click logging

Links to partner services route via go.toolseveryday.co.uk, where we log: the link clicked, a timestamp, your country (derived from IP — the IP itself is not stored), the referring page, and a one-way hash of your browser's user-agent string. This tells us which placements are useful. The partner you land on has its own privacy policy from that point.

Embedded calculator

When another site embeds our calculator, we log the embedding site's domain and a load count — nothing about you.

Your rights

We hold no personal data about you, so there is usually nothing to access, correct or delete. Questions: hello@toolseveryday.co.uk.
